SAFE 5YGAS-RF flammable and explosive gas detector

The SAFE 5YGAS-RF is a modern gas sensor designed to detect natural gas (methane – CH4) in residential and commercial spaces. The device continuously monitors the air and, if a dangerous gas concentration is detected, immediately triggers a loud audible alarm at approximately 85 dB, effectively warning users of the threat.

The sensor uses 868 MHz wireless communication with a range of up to 1000 m, allowing it to work with other FireSAFE system devices or operate as a standalone device. When a threat is detected, it can also control additional components, such as gas shutoff valves or ventilation systems, thanks to built-in relay and pulse outputs.

The device provides continuous, real-time air monitoring, and its IPX2D- rated design allows for safe operation in typical home environments. It's a practical and reliable solution for everyday gas leak protection, especially in areas where gas appliances are used.

Application: Kitchens, boiler rooms and rooms with gas installations or appliances powered by natural gas, such as gas cookers, boilers, gas stoves, water heaters, as well as other rooms exposed to the risk of gas leaks.
