A practical set of two battery-powered detectors. Ideal for comprehensive protection of your home. The set includes two devices with a 10-year lifespan: the Kidde Smoke Detector, model 2030-DSR, and the Kidde Carbon Monoxide Detector, model K5CO.

The K5CO carbon monoxide detector is powered by 2 x 1.5V AA alkaline batteries, allowing you to mount the detector in the optimal location in the room and providing protection even in the event of a power outage.

Thanks to the specially modified structure of the device, under normal conditions of use, two 1.5V AA batteries will last for at least 36 months of continuous operation of the K5CO model. 30 days before the 10-year operating time expires, the device automatically reminds you to replace it.

Exceeding the permissible CO level is signaled visually (red LED) and acoustically (loud, pulsating 85dB alarm). Information about detecting a concentration exceeding 100 PPM is saved in memory. This allows the user to ensure that no carbon monoxide has been emitted while they were away from the room. The sensor has a Test / Reset button that allows you to check the device's operation and reset the alarm.

2030-DSR optical standalone smoke detector has a minimalist design and is powered by a replaceable battery (1 x 9V, zinc-carbon). Battery power allows for quick and easy installation and ensures continuous protection even in the event of a power outage.

The detector is equipped with additional functions, such as alarm activation memory and a lock that prevents disassembly by children or unauthorized persons. Installation is very simple and requires no additional wiring.

It features a TEST & HUSH™ button for checking the correct operation of the detector's internal circuits and for disabling an accidental alarm (e.g., during cooking, frying, etc.). Thanks to the mute function, the detector is recommended for installation near a kitchen or bathroom.

K5CO carbon monoxide detector is marked with the B construction mark, confirming compliance with the requirements of the Polish standard PN-EN 50291-1:2018+AC:2021 for home carbon monoxide detectors. The tests were carried out by the Scientific and Research Centre for Fire Protection - Józef Tuliszkowski National Research Institute (CNBOP-PIB). Furthermore, it holds a BSI certificate confirming compliance with the requirements of the BS EN 50291-1:2018 standard issued by the British Standards Institution.

2030-DSR smoke detector is certified to meet the requirements of the Polish standard PN-EN14604:2006P (EN 14604:2005) for domestic smoke detectors. Compliance with the above-mentioned The standard has been confirmed by the independent testing body TÜV Rheinland.

Recommended installation locations: living room, dining room, bedroom, hallway, boiler room, basement, near kitchens, bathrooms, and in high-ceilinged rooms where access to the detector may be difficult.
