When you buy from our shop you have a choice of different payment and shipping methods, please refer to them below and choose, when placing your order, the most convenient one for you.

SHIPPING COST WITHIN POLAND

Orders equal to or exceeding the gross amount of PLN 49 - for payment methods: bank transfer, PayU - are entitled to a reduced cost of delivery to InPost parcel machines amounting to PLN 8.90.
For orders equal or exceeding the gross amount of PLN 100 - for payment methods: transfer, PayU - you are entitled to free shipping by courier company DPD and UPS and free delivery to parcel machines InPost.
In the case of cash on delivery orders of the amount equal to or greater than 100 PLN gross, the shipping fee is equal to the cost of the delivery: PLN 3 for DPD, PLN 5 for UPS.

SHIPPING COSTS - INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE

In the case of shipping abroad, the costs depend on the country of destination and range from 26 PLN to 70 PLN for shipping via the Polish Post, and from 60 PLN to 80 PLN for courier services (UPS or Pocztex) for countries within the European Union and from 100 PLN to 300 PLN for countries outside the EU.
The exact shipping costs in a particular case are always indicated when placing an order.

LEAD TIME IN POLAND

1. Bank transfer
Payment is made directly to our account. Please quote your order number with this method of payment.
The delivery time* is usually 24 to 48 hours for a courier company and 24 to 72 hours for the Polish Post Office. It is calculated from the moment the money is credited to our account (usually not more than 24 hours from the moment the buyer submits the transfer instruction).
Payments should be made to the bank account specified in the order confirmation sent to the e-mail address provided by the buyer when placing the order.
2. Cash on delivery (payment upon delivery)

Payment is made at the time of receipt of the parcel by the buyer. Payment is made at the postman or post office (in the case of shipping via the Polish Post) or at the courier (in the case of shipping via a courier company).

The delivery time* is usually 24 to 48 hours for a courier company and 24 to 72 hours for the Polish Post Office. This is calculated from the time the order is placed, if the "cash on delivery" option is selected.

3. Payment via PayU (online card payments, fast bank transfers and mobile wallets)

Payment to our account is made through the PayU intermediary payment portal, enabling automatic payment by credit card, BLIK, Google Pay, purchase by instalments, and fast transfers through the largest Polish banks.

The delivery time* is usually 24 to 48 hours for a courier company and 24 to 72 hours for the Polish Post Office. It is calculated from the moment the order is placed during which the payment is made.

LEAD TIME - INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

1. Bank transfer

Payment is made directly to our account. Please quote your order number with this method of payment.

The delivery time* is usually 3 to 6 days for a courier company and 6 to 10 days for the Polish Post Office. It is calculated from the moment the money is credited to our account (usually no more than 3 days from the moment the buyer submits the transfer order).

Payments must be made to the bank account specified in the automatic order confirmation sent to the e-mail address provided by the ordering party.
2. Payments by debit & credit card

Payment to our account is made through the PayU portal which mediates payments in Poland and abroad and also allows payment by credit card.

The delivery time* is usually 3 to 6 days for a courier company and 6 to 10 days for the Polish Post Office. It is calculated from the moment of placing the order during which the payment is made.
