Alcovisor® Mercury is one of the most technologically advanced electrochemical exhaust analyzers with a TFT touch screen. Thanks to the use of a platinum, electrochemical sensor, it provides extremely precise measurement results. The set includes a WPT-2B thermal printer with a built-in Bluetooth module.

The breathalyzer can be operated with a stylus or directly with the fingers, thanks to which the selection of individual functions is efficient, which significantly reduces the time needed to perform the measurement. A printout of an examination carried out with this device may be evidence in court cases *.

The test can be performed in one of three measurement modes: short (quick), evidence (full) and evidence, during which you can enter, among others, data of the tested person and operator, vehicle number, etc. from the virtual, alphanumeric keyboard. Additionally, in each of the above-mentioned modes, the user can select the manual method of taking the measurement sample. The manual method is used when the tested person is not able to blow out the required amount of air, makes it impossible to carry out the test or is unconscious. A specially designed mouthpiece prevents incorrect application on the handle and prevents the contact of the tested person's mouth with the analyzer housing. The air inlet system protects the sensor against damage by administering an air sample contaminated with saliva, liquid or solids.

In the quick measurement mode (recommended for checking a larger number of people in a short period of time, e.g. at sports events, discos, prisons, schools), a funnel cap is used instead of the traditional mouthpiece. During the inspection, the test person's mouth does not come into contact with the cap, therefore it can be used many times. Thanks to this solution, the costs associated with the use of disposable mouthpieces can be reduced. In this mode, you can make up to 20 measurements per minute.

The tester's memory can store up to 10,000 measurement results with the date and time of performance, the selected measurement mode, data of the tested person and operator, and the place of the test. This information can be displayed on the tester's screen and printed at any time **. Analyzer settings such as: measurement units, exhalation force and time, information on the printout, the number of printed copies can be defined according to the user's requirements. Built-in USB port allows you to download data to a PC.

Mercury can run on batteries, a cigarette car lighter, or an AC adapter. It has a low battery indication and an automatic power cut-off function. The backlit screen and the mounting of the mouthpiece socket enable efficient examination at low light intensity, e.g. at night.

WPT-2B thermal printer with a built-in Bluetooth module which comes as a set is designed to work with the Alcovisor® Mercury exhaust analyzer. Communication between the analyzer and the printer takes place wirelessly over a maximum distance of 80m outdoors and up to 30m indoors. It is powered by a Ni-Mh rechargeable battery with a capacity of 1800mAh.
