Breathalyzer Alcovisor Saturn

Alcovisor® Saturn is a technologically advanced exhaust analyzer with a TFT, color touchscreen. It allows you to measure with a mouthpiece or a funnel cap (without a mouthpiece).

Thanks to the use of an electrochemical sensor from a renowned British manufacturer, it provides extremely precise measurement results. The sensor reacts only to ethyl alcohol, so there is no possibility of falsifying the measurement result by other factors or substances. The breathalyzer has a graphic display with the option of backlighting indications, which allows you to clearly determine the state of the tested person.

The test can be performed in one of two measurement modes: full (accurate) and short (quick).

The short (quick) measurement mode is used in situations where the exact knowledge of alcohol concentration is not required, but only information about whether the tested person is under the influence of alcohol and when a large number of measurements should be carried out in a short period of time.

In short mode, a special funnel cap is used instead of the traditional mouthpiece. During the inspection, the tested person's mouth does not come into contact with the cap, therefore it can be used many times. The short mode may also be useful when the test person makes it impossible to carry out the test, is unable to blow out the required amount of air or is unconscious. The passive measurement function can also be used to test the contents of containers, e.g. bottles - if there is a suspicion that there is alcohol in them.

Saturn also has two modes of operation: as a standalone unit or using an extensive application. In case of measurement without the application, the result is displayed on the breathalyzer screen and saved in the tester's internal memory.

In the case of measurement with the application, the breathalyzer transmits the test data in real time via Bluetooth, and the result is displayed on the breathalyzer screen and on the phone. During the presentation of the result, the application allows you to make a note, which, together with the test result and a photo from the test, can be shared via Facebook, SMS, e-mail, etc.

From the application level, you can change the measurement units and the limit of the allowable alcohol concentration for most countries of the world, or view the history of measurements.

The breathalyzer can be operated directly using the built-in buttons or eg. with the fingers / stylus, thanks to which the selection of individual functions is efficient, which significantly reduces the time needed to perform the measurement. The built-in mouthpiece / cap ejector allows you to hygienically dispose of these elements without touching them, which reduces the spread of bacteria.

The tester's memory can store up to 16,000 measurement results with the date and time of execution, data of the tested person and operator, etc. Analyzer settings such as: measurement units, force and time of exhalation can be defined according to the user's requirements.

Saturn is powered by 4 x 1.5V alkaline batteries, type AA, which will last for approx. 3000 tests. It can also be powered from a car lighter socket or via an AC adapter. It has a low battery indication and an automatic power cut-off function.
