Explosive gas detector MTG-3000H

Detector model MTG-3000H is designed to monitor rooms in terms of the presence of natural gas (LNG, methane), propane, butane (or their mixture).

As one of the few, it has a certificate confirming compliance with the requirements of the Polish standard PN-EN50194-1: 2009 and PN-EN50194-2: 2019, issued by the independent research unit TÜV Rheinland, thanks to which it can be installed not only in home rooms, but also in cars and caravan trailers, on boats and yachts.

MTG-3000H continuously measures the gas concentration in the ambient air. If a gas leak is detected, it activates optical and acoustic alarm signaling. The alarm stops when the gas concentration drops below the threshold activating the sensor.

Device has a self-diagnostic system that monitors the sensor and internal circuits. In the event of a malfunction, the yellow LED lights to indicate that a fault has been detected.

Device is powered by a safe voltage of 12V DC via the included mains adapter. It can be installed in rooms where the temperature does not drop below -10°C and doesn't rise above 40°C (periodically -20 ~ 50°C) and the relative humidity does not exceed 95%.

It can be connected to the cigarette lighter socket via a special plug (available separately). The plug allows the use of the sensor, among others in cars, motor boats, yachts and wherever there is a suitable socket.

Recommended installation locations: kitchen rooms with a gas cooker, boiler rooms with natural gas or propane-butane stoves, rooms with gas devices such as cylinders, meters, gas pipes, school chemical and physical laboratories. After purchasing a special plug, it can be mounted e.g. in a car, motorhome, boat, etc.
