Multi Gas Clip Pump is a portable gas detector designed for the simultaneous measurement up to 4 gases: oxygen (O2), carbon monoxide (CO), hydrogen sulfide (H2S) and explosive gas (CH4, methane).
The device has a built-in suction pump that enables measurement before entering a given room or tank (well). The pump is an integral part of the meter and works all the time regardless of whether we measure before entering or use the meter as personal protection after entering. At the same time, the pump is perfectly protected. It has, among others built-in blockade in case of clogging or ingestion of water (e.g. when the hose is dropped too deep into the well). At the same time, on the back of the meter there is a filter chamber with a viewfinder that allows you to view the filter contamination. With the help of 2 screws, you can easily replace the filter yourself.
The infrared sensor of explosive gases (IR) is resistant to exceeding the measuring range (e.g. when testing closed spaces - manholes, tanks), it is resistant to poisoning substances, does not require oxygen for measurement, consumes much less electricity, enabling longer battery life and much longer it can be exploited.
Large, linguistically neutral liquid crystal display constantly shows the concentrations together with the appropriate measuring unit. The backlight of the screen changes to yellow or red depending on the type of alarm.
Detector is equipped with 3-stage warning: optical alarm (3 LED alarm strips), vibration alarm, audible alarm. It has an event recorder that allows you to store: 25 tests, 25 calibrations, 25 events. Thanks to its small dimensions and weight, it is extremely comfortable to use. A stable crocodile clip allows you to securely and safely attach the detector to your clothes or belt.
Multi Gas Clip Pump is powered by a built-in Li-Ion battery that is not replaceable for the lifetime of the device. The time needed to fully charge is approx. 4 ~ 6 hours. Meter is equipped with a resistant casing (protection class IP67) and it will work even in extremely difficult environmental conditions (operating temperature: -20 ~ 50°C).
APPLICATION
Recommended as a detector for ambulances, emergency services and police, fire brigades, municipal services, water and sewage companies, sewage treatment plants, maintenance technicians, telecommunications wiring installers, industry workers, inspectors, ventilation and heating services (HVAC), pilots small planes, ships, oil rigs and offshore infrastructure.
