Dräger Interlock 7000 is an alcohol interlock, the task of which is to lock or unlock the starting relay in a motor vehicle, e.g. car, bus.

The device consists of two components - a manual part and a control unit. In the manual section, the analysis of the breath sample is performed. The control unit can lock or unlock the start relay. Operation is easy and intuitive thanks to the clear menu structure on the color display. The entire process is accompanied by LEDs of different colors.

After the driver has switched on the ignition, the Interlock 7000 prompts for a respiratory test. The device reliably prevents the engine from starting when it detects an alcohol content above the set limit value. The immobilizer contributes to the systematic exclusion of hazards caused by drunk driving and prevents driving under the influence of alcohol.

Interlock 7000 is distinguished by a very short heat-up phase and quick operational readiness. At temperatures above 0°C it is immediately ready for operation. Even at temperatures below 0°C, the blockage is convincingly ready for operation. By using the device within the permitted temperature range: -40°C ~ 85°C, you can be sure that it will function flawlessly regardless of environmental conditions.

The measurement result is reliable and accurate. Attempts to circumvent and manipulate are also recognized and recorded in the system without any errors. The device recognizes whether the alcohol detected in the sample is breath alcohol or just mouth alcohol.

It is characterized by a balanced and ergonomic design, the mouthpiece is located on the back of the hand part. As a result, it is not at first glance that it is an alcohol block.
