CA20 FC is an extremely precise breathalyzer, which has been equipped with measurement technology based on an electrochemical cell. This type of sensor eliminates the risk of distorting the measurement result by various factors or substances, because it reacts only when ethyl alcohol is detected.

The results are displayed digitally in the range 0.00 ~ 4.00 ‰, with a resolution of up to two decimal places. The backlit, two-color LCD screen facilitates the taking and reading of measurements even in low light conditions.

CA20 FC has a built-in air flow sensor and a system protecting the measuring cell against damage as a result of improperly performed test. In addition, the device uses a modern system to control the proper operation of the analyzer before and after each measurement.

In order to minimize the measurement error and extend the sensor's lifetime, the tester is equipped with a temperature control module. It makes it impossible to perform a measurement when the tester's operating temperature range is exceeded, which could result in component damage.

The breathalyzer also has a counter for the total number of taken measurements and a function reminding you to perform a calibration.

CA20 FC is powered by 1 x 9V battery, type 6LR61. The breathalyzer also has a low voltage indication and an automatic power cut-off function after 20 seconds of inactivity.
