Breathalyzer BACscan F-40

BACscan® F40 is a combination of elegant design and modern measurement technology based on a platinum electrochemical cell that reacts only when ethanol is detected.

The measurement results are displayed in the range from 0.00 to 4.00 ‰, with a resolution of up to two decimal places. The alarm signal informs the user about exceeding the permissible level of alcohol in the exhaled air, which is obligatory in Poland. High accuracy and repeatability of measurements has been confirmed by an independent laboratory accredited by the Polish Center for Accreditation (PCA).

Breathalyzer is equipped with a system protecting the measuring cell against damage due to improper testing, a built-in air flow sensor and an innovative system for checking the proper operation of the analyzer before and after each measurement. The breathalyzer also has a measurement counter, a calibration reminder and a memory for the last 10 results. An additional advantage is the ability to define measurement units depending on the user's preferences (‰, mg / L,% BAC) *.

F40 is powered by 2 x 1.5V AAA alkaline batteries. The applied electronic components allowed to reduce energy consumption, thanks to which the breathalyzer can operate longer on one set of batteries.
