K-type thermocouple recorder AZ 8804

AZ 8804 is a waterproof thermometer with a K-type thermocouple probe. It provides a temperature measurement in the range of -50 ~ 200°C with a resolution of 0.1.

Two-color display facilitates control of the temperature of the measured product. In the range of 4 ~ 60°C, the meter panel is illuminated in red, while in the case when the temperature is lower than 4°C  or higher than 60°C, the backlight of the display changes to green.

Device include K-type thermocouple temperature probe (ø 3.2 x 100 mm) made of stainless steel, connected to the meter with a flexible 1m long cable.

It has a large, easy-to-read LCD display, the function of memorizing the minimum and maximum value of the measurement and the HOLD function to freeze the indications on the display. Device memory can save up to 99 measurement results with the time and date of their execution.

AZ 8804 is powered by 6 x 1.5V batteries, type AAA. It has an automatic power cut-off after 20 minutes. of inactivity and low battery indication. After switching off the energy saving function, it can work in a continuous mode, e.g. during long-term measurements.

APPLICATION
AZ 8804 is intended for monitoring food temperature, temperature measurement of frozen products and liquids, within the HACCP system.
